Online Booking Service
1. Using our online booking engine you can book an accommodation in one of the properties owned or rented by Il Canterano di Vannuccini Francesco (“Il Canterano” below).
Using this booking engine you agree with every single term and/or general conditions and tariff conditions which are described on this page, and that will be considered automatically incorporated in the agreement between you and Il Canterano with no need of their transcription.
2. Procedure: When the customer uses this service, he will receive a confirmation email which includes the confirmation that the booking is finalized or that it is pending payment to be verified. The selected accommodation will be reserved for the customer following the conditions accepted in the booking process.
3. Credit card payment: Choosing credit card as payment method, the customer must provide a credit card valid until the check-in date. The charge of the booking can be pre-authorized in every moment after reservation on the customer's card. This operation is required in order to verify the provided credit card.
After free cancellation term (depending on the selected rate) the price of the booking can be charged in every moment on the credit card provided for the booking.
In case the payment or the pre-authorization, both mentioned before, are not successful, Il Canterano can contact the customer in order to request valid credit card data and/or to cancel immediately the reservation.
